Choose what you want, put in the address it should go to, and pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet. Payment is handled by Razorpay — your card details never touch our site, and we never see them.
Online payment only. We do not offer cash on delivery. An order is confirmed the moment payment clears, and a confirmation goes to your email.
Sent as soon as your payment clears. Yours to keep, readable on a phone or printed. Because a guide reaches you immediately, it cannot be returned once it has been sent.
Dispatched within two to three working days. You will be sent a tracking number when the parcel leaves us. Delivery across India usually takes a further three to six days.
Free on orders over ₹999. Below that it is a flat ₹79, anywhere in India. We do not ship outside India yet.
One continuous video, no cuts, from the sealed parcel to the product in your hand. If anything arrives damaged, that video sent within 48 hours is what lets us replace it. Without it we cannot.
Before you pay, please read the Shipping & Returns policy. Orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded once placed. The only exception is a damaged parcel, evidenced by the opening video.
Especially the awkward questions — whether something will suit you, what to do if your skin reacts, or why we have not made the thing you were looking for. We would rather talk you out of something than sell you the wrong thing — and since orders cannot be cancelled, that matters more here than it does elsewhere.
