Everything on this site, including the Dosha Finder and every guide, is educational guidance rooted in Ayurvedic tradition and cosmetic formulation practice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, dermatologist or registered Ayurvedic practitioner. Patch test every product before use. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under treatment for a skin condition, consult your practitioner first.
Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is online only, processed by Razorpay — UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. We do not offer cash on delivery. Your payment details are handled by Razorpay and are never stored by us. An order is confirmed only once payment has cleared.
Shipping is free on orders over ₹999 and a flat ₹79 below that, within India only.
If we discover a pricing error before dispatch we will contact you and refund that order in full; this is the one circumstance in which we cancel an order ourselves.
An order cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded once it has been placed. Everything is blended in small batches and packed to order. The only exception is a parcel that arrives damaged, which we replace on receipt of an unedited, continuous video of the parcel being opened, sent within 48 hours of delivery. The full conditions are set out in the Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms and which you confirm you have read at checkout.
A digital guide is sent to you once your order is confirmed and is licensed for your own personal use. You may keep it and print a copy for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute or republish it. If it does not reach you, email us and we will send it again. Because it is delivered immediately, a digital guide cannot be returned or refunded.
All content, formulations, photography and text on this site belong to RASĀ.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law. Beyond that, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of India.
